class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Negli ultimi mesi sono successe molte cose nel nostro progetto!<\/p><p>Tutti gli istituti di istruzione superiore partecipanti hanno organizzato diversi workshop e\/o condotto interviste con i propri studenti e il personale docente per conoscere il loro punto di vista sulla salute mentale degli studenti e quali argomenti e competenze vorrebbero fossero inclusi in un programma di formazione per il personale docente.<\/p><p>Sono state discusse domande quali:<\/p><ul><li>Di cosa hanno bisogno gli studenti per poter comunicare apertamente le loro disabilit\u00e0 e sentirsi al sicuro? Cosa si aspettano dai loro insegnanti in termini di sostegno alla salute mentale?<\/li><li>Quali ostacoli devono spesso affrontare i docenti in merito a questo argomento nel loro gi\u00e0 impegnativo lavoro quotidiano?<\/li><li>Quali atteggiamenti, competenze, conoscenze e strutture ritenete necessarie per poter sostenere in modo pi\u00f9 efficace gli studenti che soffrono di problemi di salute mentale?<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lo scambio di idee su questi argomenti \u00e8 stato molto apprezzato, ma allo stesso tempo \u00e8 emerso chiaramente che c&#8217;\u00e8 ancora molto lavoro da fare in termini di consapevolezza e sensibilizzazione. Molti insegnanti sono incerti sulle aspettative e sul loro ruolo. C&#8217;\u00e8 anche molta incertezza riguardo al dire cose sbagliate e oltrepassare i limiti.<\/p><p>\u00c8 emerso chiaramente che gli studenti non si aspettano molto di pi\u00f9 dai loro insegnanti se non che siano disponibili e li ascoltino. Inoltre, dovrebbero essere a conoscenza e avere accesso alle strutture di supporto gi\u00e0 esistenti nelle loro universit\u00e0.<\/p><p>Soprattutto, i dipendenti vorrebbero avere alcune conoscenze di base sulle malattie mentali (in particolare la depressione e l&#8217;ansia), come una sorta di kit di pronto soccorso per la salute mentale, e su cosa potrebbe essere d&#8217;aiuto quando gli studenti sono sopraffatti (ad esempio in situazioni d&#8217;esame). \u00c8 emerso chiaramente che hanno bisogno di sostegno nei settori della comunicazione e dell&#8217;ascolto attivo.<\/p><p>Tuttavia, \u00e8 anche importante che le universit\u00e0 adottino una posizione ampia sul tema della salute mentale, per dimostrare che viene presa sul serio a molti livelli dell&#8217;organizzazione, come dimostra la Carta della salute mentale delle universit\u00e0 del Regno Unito.<\/p><p>SUNMENTORS sta attualmente trasferendo i risultati dei nostri workshop in un possibile programma di formazione.
